A position in a plane is known as point and any point can be represented by any ordered pair of numbers(x,y), where x is horizontal distance from origin and y is vertical distance from origin.

The scan conversion is also called  “Rasterization.”  Each pixel in the graphical system has two states either  on  or  off . “The Scan Converting rate is a technique that is used in video processing.
